Request a New Site
You can get a new Stanford Site by using our automated, self-service site request. There is a separate process for sites that will be affiliated with the School of Engineering or are on the Stanford Sites Intranet platform. In all of these cases:
- Sites may only be requested by individuals with full-service SUNet IDs.
- All new site names must be unique. If you have a Stanford Site already and are starting a new version, request a site name with the year appended or something similar. (e.g., userguide2023.sites.stanford.edu)
- Upon launch, your production URL can be pointed to your new site.
